Operational Principles

The application employs a calendar-based system to track the status of hotel rooms and other rental objects. Users can view the availability of accommodations on any given day, and in hourly rent mode, the calendar is divided into time slots of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Dates with bookings are highlighted in pink, while available days display corresponding rates adjusted for seasonal pricing.

To book a room, users need to create an order specifying the rental duration and type. This order can be linked to a client record or simply include the client's name and phone number. The application allows for direct booking from the calendar with easy access to the order or room details. Rooms can be marked as unavailable during renovation or maintenance periods, and all rooms and orders can be color-coded for quick status identification.

Pricing Structure

The application provides flexibility in pricing options directly within each room (or object) card. Users can set prices for various rental durations (daily, hourly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly) and create price lists for efficient management of multiple rooms. Seasonal pricing can also be established and linked to these price lists.

In addition to basic lodging charges, users can include extras such as meals, excursions, or transfers within individual orders. Each additional option has its own price indications and can vary based on guest count or duration of stay. Furthermore, an inventory of room appliances (e.g., refrigerator, TV) is maintained for better management.

Rental Types

• Daily: This primary mode calculates costs based on the number of days or nights rented at the daily rate.
• Hourly: Charges are computed by multiplying the hourly rate by the precise number of hours rented (up to 5-minute accuracy).
• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly: This cyclic order mode calculates fees based on the price per rental period multiplied by the total number of completed periods. For example, if monthly rent is set at 100 and an order runs from July 1st to August 31st, billing begins on July 1st and accumulates as specified until the order concludes.

Cyclic orders can be terminated at any time using the “Close cyclic order” option within the order card, which finalizes billing based on funds received up to that point.

In all rental scenarios presented within this application, additional options automatically add to the total order amount, providing comprehensive oversight of all charges incurred.
